Apologies for the delay in the report.
One question before moving on with this discussion.
From what I can see is that Hitman already had a gun out. What made you want to mug someone with a weapon in his hand? Wouldn't you be afraid to approach someone who has the ability to attack you back if you attempt to approach him?
Since the member who wrote this report cannot write any posts at the moment, we're taking the time to investigate the situation.
EDIT (forgot to add this): I fail to see how the accused admin has abused his powers? Is it okay if I move this to the Player Report section?
