Internally in every country, you can make a video just like this one. It's very, very easy to pick out clips from various places to form an image of an entire country being in despair, and in contrast take more calmed clips from another media. Showing 10 seconds of media coverage, carefully selected, from one country and comparing it to carefully selected news reports from other countries is not representative. 

While the clips outlined in the US counterpart were mostly over the top, it was a disease that indeed killed a lot of people, but was mostly limited to people in outbreak countries.
