*Involved, I have used this Dupe with GreeD^ Before
In my Opinion this is not really a Doomfort in the sense that if you were have an Okay shot you could easily eliminate any defenders because of how open the defences are, you can get shot for 3 key spots. The Balcony below, the Road Below and from the Apartment itself. It is also possible to get in and out without use of the keypad via the climbing up Wall which faces the Nexus.
I must also note I do agree with Skummet and wasn't fully aware of the problem and till now.
