Do you have a working microphone and TeamSpeak? (required to join): I have both.

Age (we will not hold this against you):  14, but my voice is a bit high because of a late puberty.

Last clan and why you left: It was Anonymous, I think it got closed.

Preferred RP (passive/aggressive) and why: I am somewhere in middle but I lean a bit towards aggressive. It's a balance between action and relaxing RP. When I get bored with shooting and action I like to calm down a bit and try some passiveRP. But when I get bored with passiveRP I like to "amuse" myself with some shooting.

What your ideal job role would be within our organisation (you may suggest a new one):  I would say Marksman. Reason stated in next question, below this one.

Why you would be suited for this specific role: The reason I am suitable for this position is that I find myself good with guns such as tranq, M4A1, AWP... As Marksman I think my role would be taking out valuable targets, escorting valuable targets, providing cover and backup and help in convoys.

What could you bring to The Syndicate: I will bring loyalty and obedience. I think that's the main thing. Other "alternative" thing is my good shooting.

Are you able to type using correct spelling and grammar?:  I do, but I do make small mistakes because English isn't my first language (mother tongue).

Have you read the rules of Fearless? (We will report & kick members who break them): Yes, I have.

What is your interpretation of 'respect for authority': I understand this as you have to respect someone to gain authority (respect). In short: " Respect to be respected" 

Availability (weeknights, weekends etc): Uhh, this one is kinda unpredictable. During workdays I will be during day 1-5 GMT (this isn't how long will I play just the time you can expect me to be on) but sometimes I can come later it really depends on chores. However during weekends I can be during day or night.

Please tell us what you would do in the following scenario: You are appointed a role of diplomatic protection, this means that your job is to solely protect The Director & The President. During your duties, an unforeseen event occured and The Director is held at gun point by a criminal gang member just down the road from The Syndicates head office. You are the only guard present standing behind The Director - how would you handle the situation? (please think outside the box, this is to test your roleplay and quick thinking)

I would hold him at my gunpoint checking his reactions. If he starts yelling that means he is nervous which in this case he might pull a trigger. If the person is calm he knows what he is doing and he would probably know that wouldn't risk Directors life. In first case I would lower my gun and calmly ask for his terms. In second case I would keep a gun and if I feel a tension I would probably lower my gun and ask for terms. If terms are impossible, in this case impossible for me to accomplish I would RP like I press the radio button so everyone could hear the conversation and hopefully come and help. If the term is possible, in this case that I can accomplish (give money...) I would do it and then later on we will regroup and track him down.
