Well buddy he did not hit you in video if you are about that.In 0:05 fps drop happened but you can see that your health drop 90 to 89 which was a citizen behind you randomly hit you with his fists.A knife wouldn't do low damage to you especially If you have no kevlar.
So you are wrong about he did damage to you but the thing I don't understand is why you only focused on him on the video ? Just because he was using his mic and was acting agressive ? You should have also reported the other players who was fighting with him. Plus I know you were trying to record it but I think you did broke a rule right there which is "2.1e Do not run into or loiter around extremely dangerous or life-threatening situations, such as a fire or raid, as a citizen or someone without the appropriate job."
You have high hours buddy I think you should know some rules better right?
