This is strengthened by the presence of police, a citizen should be, at least somewhat, afraid of getting seen and arrested for assault. Considering the accused player has 12 prior bans, suspension will be applied for 1 month.
Silent will face a 1 day ban for punching a ragdolled body as a citizen.
