Summary: Before the recorded clip, the accused player was recklessly driving and Master_123 had told me that his car had been stolen. So I was on the search on foot for him as i had just died and lost my car due to another CDM incident.
I then responded to the apartments call as i couldn't chase a car on foot but it turns out the help was no longer needed. So i then went back to the BP garage where i saw the accused player in the car that had been recklessly driven and reported stolen verbally by Master_123. I then asked him to get out the car where he did, where i placed him under arrest and the accused player disconnected to avoid arrest.
