Yes, you are allowed to use it in bases, for doors or walls, doesn't matter. It is bulletproof, so you cant shoot thru it with both sides.
When you make a base tho, don't forget to make one a fading door, with 1 keypad on each side Ofcourse.
The Pros video just shows that you can use it for situations(defence) and Yes, you can Its very useful in basing, good defence when you get raided aswell since its bulletproof and seethru on one side. Looking at the Cons Video, you can use Easy Presicision and push the prop a little bit into the floor so there is less cover, so when you crouch, your head is just covered so they can't hit you, then you should be able to shoot the crouched ones aswell.
