The ban was the result of me approving this player report: http://www.fearlessrp.net/showthread.php?tid=65945
I checked the logs and found that DooZ™(STEAM_0:0:61032702) Dropped $11.000 which you picked up, one minute later he sent you a pm saying you couldn't pick up the money because that is against the rules.
The fact that you didn't answer the pm's Dooz sent you, and you communicating with other people over PM lead me to the conclusion you simply ignored his PM's.
