Summary: He was lockpicking my friends car and when I saw him I took out a gun and told him to get on the ground and take away the lockpick. He then gets mad because I killed him in his previous life (He also broke NLR, got no evidence on that though), and then he runs away when I have a gun pointed at him which is breaking fearrp.
