I can confirm they were RDMing on the v_33x server. I got killed by Razz couple times, he was an SRU at first shooting everybody in the city. He said that the reason he wanted to do it was to "reach 100 kills" (he had about 80 kills when he left).
Also as Arxxy said, he was self supplying with weapons and ammo as a gun dealer. Also he was spamming his mic while killing me.
