The Problem is, he doesn't answer in the Forum and Ingame he does answer - but only sometimes. Two days ago I talked with him about my SRU Rights from my experied Donator Status which have been removed. He asked me something and I gave him a answer, 10 minutes later he has disconnected.
And the use of @ (Ingame) is just useless, you have to wait hours to get a answer. Hitman was the only one of all who answered me and he was also busy. The other 5 Staff-Members didn't care about me. Instead of helping they started to write some useless things in the OOC.
It don't want to insult someone and hate no one of the Staff but is this real that I have to wait a few hours to get a answer when I use @ or /pm? And this wasn't only yesterday, the days before I had the same situation.
