Title of Suggestion: Restricting the use of act commands in vehicles
Description: To restrict some act commands from being issued in vehicles such as the following:
Some I agree with keeping allowed are:
Why: I just find it unrealistic to see people popping out of the roof of cars
Little change but it adds realism
