Name of player: Budy & Rims

Summary: In retaliation to a Ban Request against me that was originally denied by a moderator, Rims and Budy had created a dupe which was blatantly aimed towards our base where we were. The video evidence will explain a lot but I will point out some key moments.
0:09: They began to shoot down at the firing range spraying bullets everywhere and I was hit.
2:20: Shots continue to fly over their targets at our base.
2:36: Budy blatantly shifts to the left of the target in order to shoot in my general direction
3:40: Rims being a citizen and Budy having his clan alias. A firing range branded 'FIRING RANJ' without proper branding of the Thieves clan is not a valid RP reason to shoot in this case and counts as FailRP.
3:55: I come to a realisation that they do not own all the doors at this place and I state it as public building.
4:25: At this point in the video, I have zoomed in and lined up with Budy to show him shooting in TheMJ's general direction with a bullet hitting the pool.
6:03: Frozen props had been placed on the entrance road to the public buildings that were not owned by Budy and/or Rims which blocked access of a vehicle.
6:47: Budy, again, begins to randomly spray his weapon knowingly towards the base and then into the air.
7:00: They begin to hint at why they've created this dupe and why they are shooting.
As far as I know, multiple rules have been broken here. These being:
''4.2 Do not shoot your gun or flare gun without a valid roleplay reason.''
"6.4 Do not build in areas you do not own unless an admin gives you permission."
''9.1 Custom job titles must accurately state what character you intend to roleplay.''
In conclusion, Rims and Budy have carried out this event in order to retaliate for a case that was denied but re-opened. They obviously have no regard for the rules and have been incredibly childish about this whole situation.
For those who are unsure on how Ban Requests work, this is a good example of one. It has sufficient evidence which clearly shows the player(s) breaking the rules. It also clearly states key moments within the evidence and which rules have been broken. A conclusion is also helpful as it tops off what's happened and gives clear insight to the moderator who is reviewing it.
