You did reckless driving in the city and we have law at this time about traffic. I pressed my mic but you didn't hear it because I'm in the rear of Nexus. I shoot the air but I saw in the video 1 bullet goes near of your car. I don't know how it was done. It was a accident. So you are right just in this position. But I didn't kill you so it's not illegal. After that if you didn't say "I stopped the RP" I was going to explain why I'm gonna arrest you. Also you have to do RP when you ask your fold. After that you did FailRP and I arrested you.
We didn't have admin on that time so I wrote arrest reason like : "Reckless driving and FailRP."
