The Workshop files have been re-uploaded and the files requested have been taken away from them. They are still property of Fearless. They've been added to the FastDL server instead.
Oh and there's certainly material from Fearless in your content packs, hence the DMCAs.
So if a commercial business decides to remove files from their services, it makes you owner of the property? Makes no sense.
