I'm not sure if he was serious or not, but either way, Pings were too low for a DDoS. As quoted from a PM I received from a person I am not going to disclose the name of:

- huge spikes of lag, that holds for a few seconds.
- Everybody has a high ping
- Connection time-out in red text

Pings were normal at the time, with only 2 of the signs. 

I had suspected Props were the reason for the Lag and Connection Time Outs.
