Summary: (What happened?): Razy stole my car and made me drop 5000 on the stove, I complied and did that. I then saw him entering the building from the Tides, I rushed in the Bk and tazed/cuffed him. I then held my MP5 at him and asked him "Where Is my car?" at the time he was under gunpoint therefore he was breaking Fear/FailRP and then once I requested a arrest warrant on him he D/C.
