1. It is not allowed to make ban requests when the time is below 1 day. In your case it's only on 1000 minutes.
2. I talked to both your friend and Equalizer. The bank wasn't even setup yet? Fail to raid it even if you had your friend killed.
3. Your friend got killed legally by a guard of the bank. Meaning that's not enough reason to raid.
I suggest ban stays but lets wait for the other admins to respond..
