Yeah I can vouch for Tomo here. As soon as he spawned I went to him and he said his HUD wasn't working properly, so he was going to rejoin and when he did it was fixed. When he joined back we both got in my car and he didn't even take his out from his inventory.
Logs will show that he did type something at one point stating about the HUD problems and that he did not use his car when he rejoined.
