Hello, your ban was extended because of the amount of bans you already had, and the amount of hours you had.
Now, let me grab the logs. I'll go though this very simply ;
The player you claim to have shot you, was the president, now correct me if i'm wrong Presidents can't have guns, so I don't get how you claim he killed you.
Then you spawn as a Police Officer, and when and killed the President, which seen as your both on the same team, The Government, it's teamkilling.
You spawning as cop ;
You killing the President ;
You disconnecting ;
You reconnecting ;
You even knew the fact you RDM'ed when I confronted you because you said, "i promise im not rdm again"

To be honest mate, I do not see any point why you should be unbanned at the moment.
