Because telling someone your hacking them is just as bad as breaking rules in Fearless
You don't have to break rules in FL to be banned in FL. If you say something over steam like harassing a player or an admin. They can easily ban you just like if you were on the server.
Even if it was you friend that said it, I don't take hacking lightly. I been hacked before many times, so its no joking matter for me.
