So basically in my car, if i want to move my mouse around in third person this happens. It just zooms in so i can't see so i have to wiggle my mouse around for it to work

This is extremely annoying because i have crashed my car numerous amounts of times and almost killed civilians.
Isit possible to stop this from happening?
