Summary: I see an invisible prop, I get out and see the cabbie minging with it. It all happened really fast so I tried to safe the key frames of evidence. Hopefully it is distinguishable who the prop owner is and that the cabbie is the guy with the physgun. I later in the video (not shown) tazed him for jaywalking and cuffed him. Not sure what happened then. Other officers were at the scene taking care of him while I'm filling this BR.
