[BUG] I can't see my health in game.

I am unable to see my players health in game and i'm not sure what is causing this problem, I have reinstalled GMOD and I have uninstalled all my addons excluding the FearlessRP Content and maps. I have installed everything required but still I am unable to see my players health.

If anyone has a fix to this hit me up.
