Unblacklist request

I've played 22 hours with the blacklist and haven't CDMed or done anything else.  Plus it has also been over a year since i broke the rules, and it is also hindering my ability to roleplay without the use of a gun.  Over a year has passed and im pretty sure everyone changes over the course of a year.  that's why you should believe I have changed
