After a staff-discussion, we've come to a conclusion that fearRP was broken. Player B had you under gunpoint and could easily have shot you before you could turn around and killed him. Same principle goes for if someone were to pull a gun under gunpoint. You were under such a disadvantage that you should have feared for your life and abided to fearRP.
