Buy a knife too to destroy his stuff, take a lockpick to open the doors and, a hostage rope in case of somebody is home, DONT KILL HIM, someone will know!! Get him in your car and negociate to him, make him paying 2k and let him go, search for more bought houses and raid them, make fast and good money and dont forget to do your job fast and leave the place more faster you can , always leave the doors closed when you are running away
