I would expect negotiating and or a pursuit, not a kill fest.
After looking through the logs several times, there is no evidence whatsoever of any warrant being applied to you.
As for your 'RP', all you did was spawn contraband and fish. Being arrested therefore would not 'Ruin your RP'.
I see no reason why you should be unbanned. Denied.
