Summary: [FL:RP] BasicallyMental was found in violation of General Rule #13 (FearRP) Upon escorting him to reposses his vehicle I insisted to handcuff him and search him to make sure he would not do anything. This was taking place under dictator rulership therefore security measures were high.
However, whilst searching this man I was able to find him in possesion of a shotgun and a lockpick; upon telling him to drop it he constanly refused despite being under gunpoint, within the video you can hear him saying 'arrest me, i don't care' clearly breaking FearRP to avoid the RP situation of confiscating the firearm. Furthermore, FL:RP Sauce constantly backed him saying that he didn't have to drop it as if he were an admin and he also stole my case as he immediately warranted and arrested Basically in order to prevent the RP situation of being caught with a gun.
I then verified this within OOC if asking a person found with a gun to drop it was allowed, and it was confirmed by Obay.
