So you feel there isn't any problems with having a less engaged owner, that it doesn't hinder the effectiveness of the staff team?

The staff team is effective in its current state. The gamemode is under constant development and is being moderated by several staff members. The team is being coordinated by several super admins who of which have my highest regards.

To really judge how the staff works you need to see what happens internally which unfortunately isn't an option.

I agree. Though I also think it's important that the staff tries to communicate and find solution within its own member Base. Since non of us who are active on the community want to see FL fail, otherwise we won't spend our free time here.

You have a valid point indeed. Most of the things we discuss in The Office are related to moderation and administration any way. The things we really need to involve the community with is development in certain areas which is why we have a suggestions forum and an updates sub-forum in the news and announcements. Both these areas allow constructive feedback from the community.

You must understand however, that there are certain things we can't discuss with the community like promotions, FL systems, etc. Remember that we will address any concerns a player may have if they do so in a polite and respectful manner. If you require staff support; contact us in the relevant sub-forum in help and support.
