FearRP is the most ridiculous rule due to the amount of times it can be bended and twisted for different situations. Everytime we're in a hostage situation, I was told if you surround the hostage takers with a clear, bigger amount of force (e.g. 8 Police/SWAT vs. 3 Hostage Takers) you can actually open fire if you feel you've had enough.

Hostage takers have too much of an advantage.
