And by 'realistic districts', I mean that the Careers (the Games equivalent of the popular kids) are always from District 1, 2 and 4.
Seeing as District 2 manufacture weapons and provide peacekeepers for the Capitol, most of the kids spend their whole lives training for the Games. Volunteering is an honour.

Well this realistic district thing, we might add this but it's a bit complicated.
