I got perma ban for Scam?!!

How is being offered to take your car then return it back to you along with a percentage of the money credible? Nothing about it makes sense as to why they'd do it.

How did you meet this person?

I met him in V33x he came to me and talked to me with no connecion to deals or something he told me that he new one in fearless and his freind give him money and equipment to play in the server. and after that he went and asked me if i want to make the deal. after that he sent me freind request in steam and he explain me what is the deal. So i saw that he added me to steam so it look like a credibel man that know how to make deals, so i talked with him, i gave him the car  (first time) and he gave her back after some minutes and some money. I didnt know how he did it , and he manged with that
