You were a taxi driver and you've decided to run down the cells while there is a massive gun shootout happening after they've already killed the president and were already shooting at the police and SRU how is that not FearRP? you are suppose to be afarid of your life not run down there and screem "I'm the negotiator" as a taxi driver.
