In your initial un-ban request you specified that you do not want the ban removed because you were in the wrong, but simply shortened.
The ban was approved because of a policy we have regarding the 7-day rule to which an unban request is to be approved if no staff member replies within 7 days. According to the policy, however, we must remove the ban from your record because of this.
