Was a typo on my end, I was meant to say Without a warrant, not a warning. but yeh.. You basicly escorted a guy down to the jails opend a cell and left him, and If I recall correctly you said he was gonna be there forever.
The blacklist is valid. and I dont see why it should be removed.
