New jobs?

I'm thinking of these jobs:

- Nexus desk secretary
A job that spawns at Nexus desk and ask permissions to mayor if the person is allowed to come up or not. He also reports when suspicious things happens.

- Scientists
This team researches and can manufacture unique items with mixtures. They can make for example a gas bomb for example that blurs the players screen for a while. And a lot of other items.

What about a Explosives Expert, Which sells/makes Grenades,C4 bombs, car bombs etc.
