So it all happened when I was taking a guy to see the President and he ran through the checkpoint so I tazed him, I got a warrant and then he left the game.
Then about 10-20 minutes later he ran down to the garage and tried to get into the prison (His friend got arrested) and an officer cuffed and tazed him and then he left.
