What?
Allow the in-vehicle radar gun used by police to be used by the front passenger [another officer] , too.
Why?
By the time you've managed to check a car's speed, it's normally far gone.
And it's next to impossible to check another vehicle's speed whilst driving.
Allowing another police officer to check the speed whilst you're operating the vehicle will make the system more efficient, plus also encouraging Police-PartnerRP.
