Firstly, I would like to introduce myself. I am Batcave9801, and I am a personal friend of [FL:RP]Reebs. 

Now that's out of the way, I would like to start by saying that it is quite insulting to me that part of my ban reason is "Absolute madman." I am a new player who is taking more time than your "average bear" if you will. 

Now, onto the situation that occurred. I was sitting in a corner with a sniper I just bought and I was testing the scope but I did not shoot a single bullet. I didn't know you can't just look at people through the scope of a gun.  The one officer that stopped me said "I'm gonna let you off with a warning." So I figured ok I'll be fine for now if I put the gun away.  So I did. Than I went on and continued playing the game.  About two hours later I'm kicked off and I'm banned. I never even spoke to a member of the staff team before I was banned. 

I also think the length of my ban is quite excessive. This is not my first ban, but this is my second ban for a BS reason. If I cannot be unbanned I would at least like this ban shortened.
