Note: Only works with windows 7 or 8
1. Hold the windows key and R at the same time, the Run window should appear.
2. type "eventvwr.msc" in the window, eventviewer should appear when you hit enter
3. Click on "Windows logs"
4. Click on "System" in the dropdown menu

5. Right click on system
6. Click "Filter current log"
7. On the middle of the "Filter current log" box there should be a dropdown box with the name "Event Sources:", click on it and find "User32"
8. A bit down on the page there should be a textfield with " <All Event IDs>", replace that with "1074". Click enter when done
9. Click on the entry with matching time/date
10. Take a screenshot of it and upload it here
