Why u dont stop thinking about your problems a little and go do something that u like? i can tell you a example , when i have alot of stress and i became very violent i just grab the car , i drive for anywhere alone hearing some good music and sometimes i go to the ocean , i park the car and i just look into the ocean and breath some fresh air , or sometimes i just talk with my friends (they are very good and loyal , friends from my chillhood) or i just talk with my Girlfriend (for me is just the best and more brilliant women i have meet in my life) and just start heading good again , life isnt hard to live , its hard to learn living the life , you are young , u have your entire life at your front , you are strong enough to go trough all the shit , i belive on you , we all belive , if u need anything or need to talk add on my steam.
