So your whole case against this ban is that he didn't hold it directly at your face for the entire duration of the RP?
You're saying the ONLY time you're ever frightened of a man with a gun is when he has it 3 inches from your forehead?
Sounds silly, if someone has a gun pointed in your general direction with a finger on the trigger you're still gonna' be shitting your pants.
