I am well aware that he broke the rules, but that gives you no right to break any rules.
1. FearRP
Although he did not have a reason to warrant you considering that he broke new life rule, but he still put you under gunpoint with a tazer. Then you got your gun and shoot him dead.

2. Basing
It doesn't matter wither you were breaking any passive RP or any RP at all, or if you think that there was 8 people online. It is still a rule which you broke and if you break a rule you get punished for it just like everyone else.
