Upon further inspection of the video for the third time, I have found that you did infact break FearRP.
Examine the following screenshot.

Here you can see yourself cuffed with Makaveli having you under FearRP.
Then after this you can see yourself running off whilst under gunpoint

Then you are arrested in this screenshot, to put a cap on it.. You are under FearRP and you run off, that is why I added 'FearRP' to your ban reason.
