If your feeling down, depressed, anxiety is sort of taking over your everyday life than that can take a serious toll on your physical health as well as mental health. Here's some tips and things like that. Note - these are not my own tips but are tips of the UK Government and Health Service. But I use them in my capacity as a youth worker when I come across this.
