your not alone, I've had periods like this for other reasons so I understand ya
For me the way I pushed though it was to be busy, like doing things to keep me occupied for as long as I could, although ofc it varies on who you are.
Have you tried speaking to someone at school? I did when I was like this and they always have someone who you can have a chat to and they'll be qualified unlike us!
