I visit The North of Ireland several times a year. 12th of July I recommend you stay in doors. At Easter avoid west Belfast. As you won't get moving at all. In terms of food if your gonna shop and have a Tesco near you I advise you sign up for a Tesco clubcard soon. You get money back, savings on fuel etc. ermmmmm avoid nandos....unless you are a 15-25 year old wannabe hipster, then that's your scene. Cosmo is a retry good place to eat, normally have to book in advance. If the bar has a Union Jack or a tri Color on it. You'll probably want to avoid them as its most likely not your crowd. Avoid the Shankhill road like the plague. KFC in the city centre is crap and always takes forever, true story, don't go wandering about at night if you are unfamiliar with the areas.
That's the best advice I can give. Will be over in March, I trust you'll be buying me a McDonalds lol
enjoy your stay. The night life is crazy. And the accent is damn near impossible to understand at times.
