You are taking that a bit too literal, and I should have used other words - apologies for that.
What I meant to say was:
I was given an unfair ultimatum to either:
-Admit to doing something I didn't do for a 7 day reduction of bantime and not be depicted as a liar but as a minge coming clean.
-Be banned for 2 weeks for something I didn't do and be depicted to the entire staff as a liar, after having my unban request denied by you.

I will not alter the OP, however. That's how I wrote it, that's how it remains. This post is just an elaboration.

I tried having this ban removed from my record back then, however the unban request was denied.
I still remain confident that the "evidence" should at no point have lead to the conclusion that it was my character firing the toolgun, based solely on the fact that the offender was wearing the same suit I was. 
If I recall correctly, GriiM broke down that video and provided a screenshot of a guy in a Lucio Basso suit firing the hydraulic under a car, this was shortly after I had moved off camera.
The evidence was no where near solid, but it resulted in this ugly ban that remains on my record to this very day, where I have no means of proving it wasn't me, you had no solid means of proving it was me.
